Once a valuation has been completed we can offer two options to dispose of your items

Auction – We will provide a full house clearance remove items and enter them into our weekly general auction for household items. Any items that our valuer feels is of distinct value will be placed in our antique and collectable auction.

Cash Price – We will offer you a cash price that we both agree on for a full house clearance. This price will include all rubbish disposal and trips to the tip. Whichever option you choose you can be assured that our team will carry out a swift and professional service with as little disruption to you as possible
